Terms of service

By commissioning me you accept the following terms of service.

1. General terms

  • Be RESPECTFUL, I can refuse to take your commission if you make me uncomfortable.

  • Be extremely clear when making your order, any misundertandings due to lack of explanations will be considered the client's fault and will not be refunded.

  • It is required to provide visual references, if not possible, extra payment will be necessary.1

2. Payment

  • Payment will be made through PayPal.

  • Payment will be divided in two equal parts.

  • The first payment must be made when I start the commission.

  • The second one will be made when the commission is finished and before handing it over.

  • No payment will be refunded unless I decide to drop the commission for personal reasons.2

  • In case of refund, and because of how PayPal works, the amount of money received will be the amount of money refunded (proof of the original payment will be provided).

3. Proccess

  • Art proccess will likely be streamed on Twitch (can be negotiated).

  • Major changes will only be allowed during the early stages of the work.3

  • After the work is finished no changes will be allowed.3

4. Copyright

  • As the artist, I possess all the rights to the whole piece, being therefore allowed to use it as I please.
